There’s nothing like blogging past wedding to get me thinking about how much I absolutely love my work. Sarah and Justin are just about the cutest couple you will ever meet. The way they look at each other, laugh together and even walk together (Justin has been known to bring Sarah’s hand up to kiss it while they are walking hand-in-hand) made my heart melt and my job so easy. I loved hanging out with them in downtown London for their golden-hour engagement session. Here are some favourites!

I’m so happy to be sharing Chris and Christy’s beautiful West Haven Golf wedding. Christy was the maid of honour for one of my past brides, Lauren, and I was so delighted that Lauren was Christy’s matron of honour as well. It’s such a treat to bump into past wedding clients at weddings I’m shooting, and I am so thankful for the many generous referrals I’ve had over the years. Chris and Christy’s day was filled with laughter and sun with a Fall theme woven throughout their decor elements, from the “Mr & Mrs” pumpkins to their adorable cake topper to their Halloween-themed candy table. London Ontario Wedding Photographer | Karlie & Zak's Campus & Woods Engagement Session

Karlie and Zak’s engagement session fell on the most beautiful, sunny evening. The sun showed up for us big time, and we had so much fun exploring the Western University campus before heading to Gibbons Park for an outfit change and more photos in the trails and wildflower fields. I absolutely loved working with this couple, everything from their golden hour engagement session to their gorgeous Paris, Ontario wedding (which will be featured in the upcoming Hitched Magazine Summer 2019 issue, yay!) was perfection. Here are some favourites!

London Ontario Wedding Photographer | Joyce & Geoff's Windermere Manor Wedding

I loved Geoff and Joyce’s Windermere Manor wedding. Their beautiful outdoor ceremony featured live music, a traditional Filipino veil ceremony and a bubble exit for the books (confetti, bubbles, rose petals… give me a ceremony exit with people throwing things at you and I am a HAPPY photographer 😍). Their reception was equally lovely, and the dancing portion of the night kicked off with a Filipino Tinilking Folk Dance. It was my first time witnessing this tradition, and it was so much fun. I was completely mesmerized by the sheer coordination required. I have such happy memories from this day, and I’m so glad to be sharing it on the blog!

Booking for this year’s Spring Minis opened up this week and they are just about sold out! We can never predict what specific blossoms will be in bloom at any specific time, so it makes each year a little bit different. I am so happy to be revisiting Bri and Mike’s Medway Creek engagement session. I loved working with this amazing couple for their engagement and wedding photos. They are such a sweet pair, always smiling and so affectionate, which makes my job so easy. They actually just welcomed a sweet baby boy, so I’m also using this post to send a BIG CONGRATULATIONS to both of them on this new adventure. London Ontario Family Photographer | Silly Backyard Extended Family Session

Extended family sessions are always interesting because there are so many different dynamics at play - between adult siblings, between children and grandparents, between cousins, etc. The thing that stands out to me about this particular extended family session was how fun, silly and laid back it was.
